Baked Crab Legs In Butter Sauce



*Ingredients

°8 five-leg snow crab sections, cooked
°2/3 c butter, melted
°4 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
°1/4 c garlic scapes (and a few stalks of garlic scapes for garnish—optional)
°1 C. t fresh parsley, chopped
°1 lemon, cut to 8 wedges

* Methods 

Preheat barbecue to high.
Place the crab sections on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with 30 ml (2 tsps) butter. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Mix to evenly spread the butter and seasoning on the paws.
In the bowl of a food processor or blender, place the garlic scapes, parsley and remaining butter. Grind to mixture is homogeneous. Pour into a small serving bowl.
Grill the crab sections on the barbecue for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve the crab with the sauce and lemon wedges. If desired, garnish with garlic scapes.
