° Semi-Salted Butter 25 g
°Cheese
°Macaroni 200g
°salt 1 pinch
°Liquid cream 20 cl
°Green-olive 16
°Leek-white 2
°200g Crab crumbs
*Method :
Make the Baguette cream: cut the Baguette into small pieces. Cut the olives into rings. Wash and cut the leeks into small chunks.
In a fry pan, melt the semi-salted butter, cooking leeks for 10 min, covered..
In a saucepan, combine the cream and cheese, melt. Adding olives, leek, crab crumbs. Mixing also keep warm.
Preheat oven 180°C (th.6).
Bring a pot of coarse salted water to a boil, cook the macaroni “al dente”. Drain them and mix them with the La Baguette cream. Check the seasoning.
Arrange in a dish and broil under the oven grill.
Serve !
