*Cheese-Steak-Casserole*



*Ingredients :

°1 1/2 pound ground beef
°1/2 yellow on
°1 clove garlic
°1 tsp seasoned salt 
°4 slices of Provоlone cheese
°4 large eggs
°1/4 cup heavy cream
°1 teaspoon hot sauce
°1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 
*Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spraying 9×9 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Insert the beef into a skillet, then cook over medium heat, breaking up as it cooks.
When the beef has broken and is still pink; add garlic, peppers, onion and seasoned salt. Continue to cook, stirring often, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables have softened a bit.
Drain the fat from the pan and pour our mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Tear cheese into small pieces and place over beef mixture.
Add the eggs, cream, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce to a mixing bowl and whisk well to combine.
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and place the dish in the oven.
Bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
