*Meatloaf with stove top stuffing*



*Ingredients
 
°1 tsp olive oil (extra virgin)
°2 lbs beef 
°6 oz Stove Top Padding (Boxed Mix)
°¼ c milk
°1 Egg
°8 tbsp ketchup (halved, half in bread half on meatloaf - you can also use tomato paste or barbecue sauce)
°1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
°1 tsp Italian seasoning 
°1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (Optional)
°1 teaspoon each, salt and pepper (to taste)

*Methods : 

Preheat oven 350°F (175°C) and grease inside of your loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, stuffing mix, milk, egg, half the ketchup, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and all seasoning. Reserving 4 tsp of ketchup (or tomato paste or BBQ sauce) for garnished.
Using clean hands or latex gloves, mix all ingredients well until well incorporated.
Put the meat mixture into your loaf pan, press it evenly all over the pan. Go along the edges and press down with your fingers or a spoon to create a well.
Spread the remaining 4 tablespoons of ketchup (or tomato paste or BBQ sauce) on top of the meatloaf.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for one hour or continue cooking until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (72°C).
Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before serving.
