*The ingredients of the recipe
°500g strawberries
°1 slightly stale molded brioche bread
°1/2 L vanilla ice cream
°50 cl milk
°3 egg
°50g honey
°2 tbsp. brown sugar
°50g butter
°juice of 1 orange
*Preparing recipe
Cutting brioche to slices 1.5 cm thick. Cut the slices obtained into large "mouillettes". Quickly wash the strawberries and hull them.fMelting 20 g of butter in a fry pan, adding brown sugar also, after 1 min cooking, pour in orange juice. Leeting to reduce by half, & adding strawberries, stir for 1 min on low heat & remove to heat.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. Heat rest of butter in a frying pan, quickly dip breadcrumbs in salad bowl and brown them, without letting them burn..
In the same pan, add the honey and add the golden brioche sticks to caramelize them a little.
To serve, arrange the strawberries and their juice in cups, then 1 scoop of ice cream and the French toast.
