STRAWBERRY CAKE




*Ingredients
  

°250 g flour
°1 packet of baking powder
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
°70g brown sugar
°3 eggs
°200 ml of fluid cream
°500g strawberries
°4 tbsp sugar

*Preparation
 
  Begin by cleaning and halving strawberries.
  Then sprinkling them with the 4 tbsp sugar also leave to stew on low heat for ten minutes..
  Beat the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla sugar, add the fluid cream and the flour sifted with the baking powder.
  Smooth the dough well.
  Adding stewed strawberries.
  Pour mix into oiled mold.
  Baking in preheated oven at 180°C for 35 min.
