*CARROT-CAKE*



*INGREDIENTS:

+Frosting:
 °2 1/2 c icing sugar
 °1/2 c un-salted butter
 °1 pack 250 g cream cheese
 °1 t vanilla
+Cake :
 °2 1/2 c flour
 °2 t baking powder
 °1 t baking soda
 °2 t cinnamon
 °1/2 t salt
 °1 c vegetable oil
 °2 c sugar
 °4 eggs
 °1 t vanilla
 °3 c carrot

* Methods : 

STEP 1
Cake: Heat oven    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl.
2ND STEP
In a large bowl, combine the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
STEP 3
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
STEP 4
Add grated carrots.
STEP 5
Pour into the mould. Put in the oven and cook for about 50 minutes.
STEP 6
Cheese-Cream-Ice Cream: Beating butter & cream cheese.
STEP 7
 Adding icing sugar &; vanilla &; beat to smooth.
